Sunrise Today celebrates 4th anniversary

PESHAWAR: The weekly Sunrise Today has successfully completed 4 years of its remarkable journey on August 26, 2023.

A function was arranged in this connection at a local hotel on Saturday, in which Editor Sunrise Today Asif Khan Turk, Chairman Mahboob Medical Institute Dr Mahboob-ur-Rahman, President Frontier Printers and Publishers Association Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Zafar Khattak, Sunrise Today team, media fraternity and people from different walks of life participated.

Addressing on the occasion, Editor Sunrise Today Asif Khan Turk said that 4 years back the publication was started with the mission to become the voice of nation and educate it through the latest and advanced scientific knowledge, adding that readers trusted in the organization which was a big proof of its authentic, credible and effective journalism.

He thanked his dedicated and hardworking team, columnists, readers, supporters and well-wishers for their immense love, and stated that their prayers and support were behind the success of the publication as now it was one of the most emerging newspapers of Pakistan and in the near future it would become a leading national newspaper.

Dr Mahboob-ur-Rahman, Chairman, Mahboob Medical Institute, while addressing the participants congratulated the management and team of the publication, and said that it was the only newspaper in the country that promoted health, education, science, and many other areas related to human development very exclusively that was a highly encouraging and appreciable effort.

President Frontier Printers and Publishers Association Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Zafar Khattak told the audience that he was very happy that the publication completed 4 years under the wonderful and amazing leadership of Asif Khan Turk, saying that because of its objective and reliable reporting, soon the Sunrise Today would become a leading newspaper of the country.

Meanwhile, a cake cutting ceremony was also arranged, in which Asif Khan Turk, Dr Mahboob-ur-Rahman and Zafar Khattak along with other participants cut the cake and prayed for the progress, prosperity and sustainability of the organization.
