Dr Fahad Afridi joins STMN as Adviser to Chief Executive

PESHAWAR: The Sunrise Today Media Network (STMN) has appointed renowned business studies expert and researcher, Dr Fahad Khan Afridi as Adviser to Chief Executive on Strategic Planning and Management.
The term of his appointment will be initially a period of 2 years which may be extended further. During his tenure he will be consulted by the STMN management regarding strategic planning and management for the multiple projects of the organization.
Dr Fahad Afridi has been associated with teaching and research for the last 15 years. He has published 20 plus research papers in national and international accredited and recognized journals. He is an HEC Approved Supervisor (Advisor Doctoral Studies), having a vast and diverse experience in consulting, policy making, and strategic planning and management. He has also participated in more than 15 conferences, seminars and workshops throughout the country.
Currently, he is working as an assistant professor at the Department of Management Sciences, Qurtuba University of Science and Information Technology, Peshawar. Prior to this, he worked as an assistant professor at the CECOS University of IT and Emerging Sciences, Peshawar, and as a lecturer at the Islamia College University, Peshawar.
It is to mention here that he did BBA and MSc (Economics) from the University of Peshawar and MBA from the Qurtuba University of Science and Information Technology, and after that completed his doctoral studies in management sciences from the Abasyn University, Peshawar.
The management and staff of the STMN have warmly welcomed Dr Fahad Afridi, and expressed the hope that he would serve here with his marked expertise, leadership capabilities and organizational skills to play role in the progress of the organization.
