Govt is committed to improve health situation: Dr Abid

PESHAWAR: The Central President of Insaf Doctors Forum Dr Abid has said that the condition of health in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province including the newly-merged areas was improving and the health facilities were available at doorsteps to majority of the people.

He stated this while talking to media during his visit to the newly-merged areas here on Tuesday. He said that the provincial government was fully committed in improving the health situation of the public while the Directorate General of Health Services KP was working day and night to bring the health services to every merged district as soon as possible.

The IDF’s Central President further stated that Health Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa had recruited enough number of staff including doctors, paramedics, nurses and other staff in the merged areas on truly merit basis which would bring marked results in the upcoming days.
