Post promotion training of Senior Civil Judges starts

PESHAWAR: The first online post promotion training for Senior Civil Judges/A'ala Illaqa Qazis has been started at the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Judicial Academy (KPJA), Peshawar.
A function was held at the KPJA here on Monday, in which the Director General, KPJA Zia-ud-Din Khattak inaugurated the first online post promotion training course for newly promoted Senior Civil Judges/A'ala Illaqa Qazis from across the province which will end on October 31, 2020.
While addressing the occasion, he said that the Hon'ble Peshawar High Court’s primary focus was the adjudication of matters in accordance with law within the shortest possible span of time, adding that the engagement of judicial officers in online training is far better than traditional training as it was a dire need of the time.
The DG, KPJA further stated that the Judicial Academy had entered into a new era of education and research and had explored an outstanding, fast and effective platform of multiple opportunities in the field of judicial education.
