PRCS announces to establish MHUs in merged districts

PESHAWAR: Pakistan Red Crescent Society Merged Areas (PRCS-MA) has announced to set up five Mobile Health Units (MHUs) in the newly-merged districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

This was stated by the Chairman, PRCS-MA Asif Khan Mahsud in a function held on Sunday at South Waziristan, where PRCS-MA distributed food packages among the Corona affected deserving families under the supervision of district administration.

While addressing the audience, the PRCS-MA Chairman said that throughout the war on terror situation in the tribal districts, people had suffered a lot and they had experienced many issues and problems however the PRCS would always support them by restoring their livelihood and sources of income.

He further stated that presently they had distributed food packages among 750 deserving families of the merged areas and they would distribute more food packages as well, saying that they would help the community in restoration of its livelihood through agriculture and for this purpose seedlings of different fruits and vegetables would be provided to the farmers in the near future.
