M.Phil scholar Noreen defends thesis

PESHAWAR: A research scholar, Noreen of the Department of Islamic Theology, Islamia College University Peshawar has successfully defended her thesis and declared eligible for the award of M.Phil degree in the subject of Islamic Theology.
The thesis defence function of the scholar was held at the university here on Wednesday. The function was followed by a question-answer session in which she successfully defended her research work by answering the questions of the participants in a well-managed and proper way.
Dr Nisar Muhammad, a retired professor of the Islamia College University, served as supervisor of the scholar, whereas Dr Muhammad Alam, Associate Professor, Department of Islamiyat, University of Peshawar, served as her external examiner.
Apart from the faculty members, administrative staff, research scholars and students of the university, the event was also attended by a number of people from different walks of life.
