UoT Nowshera strengthens int’l collaboration with HEU, China

NOWSHERA: Prof Dr Saeed Badshah, Vice Chancellor, Shuhada-e-APS University of Technology Nowshera, recently visited China to attend the China-Foreign Nuclear Science and Technology Talent Exchange event and the inauguration ceremony of the International Atomic Energy Field Talent Exchange and Development Alliance, held from May 20–23, 2026 in Harbin, China.
The event was organized by Harbin Engineering University (HEU) under the guidance of the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, China Atomic Energy Authority, and the Department of Science and Technology of Heilongjiang province.
A significant highlight of the visit was the signing of a memorandum of understanding between the Shuhada-e-APS University of Technology Nowshera and Harbin Engineering University, China. The MoU marks an important step toward strengthening academic cooperation, research collaboration, faculty and student exchange, and future joint initiatives in areas of mutual academic and technological interest.
The international event brought together academic leaders, experts, and institutions from different countries to promote talent exchange, scientific cooperation, and collaborative development in the field of atomic energy and advanced technologies.
While addressing the audience, Prof Saeed Badshah said that participation in such international platforms reflects the UoT Nowshera’s commitment to global academic engagement, technology-driven development, and strengthening international linkages.
