PSO delegation meets Vice Chancellor, UoP

PESHAWAR: A delegation of Pakhtunkhwa Students Organisation (PSO) under the leadership of University Campus Secretary Kamran Pakhtunyar met the Vice Chancellor, University of Peshawar, Prof Dr Muhammad Idrees and congratulated him on his appointment here on Wednesday.
Senior Secretary, PSO, University Campus Akmal Yousafzai, Secretary, Peshawar University Zahid Sheranay, Hikmat Diyar and Hilal Khan were among the members of the delegation. During the meeting, the delegation discussed the issue of fee adjustment amid the Corona pandemic with the VC, UoP.
Apart from this, the problems of the accommodation of students and issues related to the reserve seats of Balochistan at UoP as well as the presence of beggar mafia at the University Campus were also discussed on the occasion.
The Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Muhammad Idrees while talking to the delegation said that the establishment of a student-friendly environment at the university was his utmost priority and all the available resources would be utilized to make the future of the students bright and shining.
