WUS inks MoUs with two varsities of Punjab and Sindh

SWABI: The Women University Swabi (WUS) signed an MoU with the Khwaja Fareed University of Engineering and Information Technology (KFUEIT) Rahim Yar Khan here on the other day.

The MoU was inked by Prof Dr Shahana Urooj Kazmi, Vice Chancellor, WUS, and Prof Dr Muhammad Suleman Tahir, Vice Chancellor, KFUEIT. The purpose of the agreement is to collaborate for faculty/student exchange, research projects, conferences and courses.

Similarly, the WUS also marked an MoU with the Begum Nusrat Bhutto Women University (BNBWU) Sukkur for joint ventures in the areas of education and research.

The agreement was signed during a meeting between the Vice Chancellor, WUS, Prof Dr Shahana Urooj Kazmi and the Vice Chancellor, BNBWU, Prof Dr Shahzad Naseem.

Speaking on the occasion, Prof Dr Shahana Urooj Kazmi, Vice Chancellor, WUS said that education was highly important for empowering the women of underdeveloped and developing areas that’s why the good progress of WUS was her top priority and she would try her best to deliver to the university by provision of quality education.
