Sonia Aslam defends Ph.D thesis

PESHAWAR: A research scholar, Sonia Aslam of the Department of Zoology, Islamia College University (ICU) Peshawar has successfully defended her thesis and declared eligible for the award of Ph.D degree in the subject of Zoology.
The thesis defense function of the scholar was arranged at the ICU here on Tuesday. Meanwhile, a question-answer session was held wherein she successfully defended her research work by answering the questions of the participants in a scholarly way. Faculty members, research scholars and students attended the function.
The title of the thesis of the scholar is: “Fresh records on Chromium Toxicity: Using Grass Carp”. Prof Dr Ali Muhammad, Chairman, Department of Zoology, ICU, served as her supervisor, while the thesis was evaluated by several well-known professors in the country.
