UoP announces admissions in BS Development Studies

PESHAWAR: The University of Peshawar has announced admissions in Bachelors of Science in Development Studies (BSDS).
According to a press release issued on Wednesday, admissions are open in BS Development Studies at the Department of Economics, University of Peshawar. The interested candidates may submit their admission applications online at the university’s admissions portal: http://admissions.uop.edu.pk up to 10th August.
It is a 4-year degree program. Students who have done F.A/F.Sc with at least 45% marks are eligible to apply for admissions, whereas graduates of the BSDS will be qualified to work in development sector, including UN’s organisations/agencies, NGO’s, P&D organizations and media.
Similarly, the graduates will also be able to understand the contemporary global development challenges pertaining to economic growth and development, sustainable development, poverty and inequality etc.
