PYP demands to promote university students without exam

PESHAWAR: Pak Youth Parliament has demanded the government to promote the university students without appearing in exam as the students of matric and intermediate classes have been promoted.
Chairman Abdul Hakim and President Ubaid Ullah of Pak Youth Parliament while talking to media at Peshawar Press Club on Friday said that because of Corona pandemic, like everyone students had also been adversely affected due to which their peace of mind had been disturbed too and they were unprepared and unable to appear in the examinations, therefore, they should be promoted to next classes without any formality.
They further stated that the economic position of the country was seriously affected and as a result the financial status of the common man was also badly damaged, therefore, the government should stop the universities from demanding fee from the students, adding that the program of online classes was also inapplicable as in most of the areas of the country, especially the newly merged tribal districts and Balochistan, there was no internet facility, so how the students would manage it to continue their education through online education system?
