Science & Technology Park be established: Prof Subhan

PESHAWAR: Prof Dr M Subhan Qureshi, President, Dairy Science Park (DSP), Peshawar and ex-Dean, Agriculture University Peshawar (AUP) has said that the provincial government should establish Science and Technology Park in Peshawar in order to develop and promote scientific culture in the province.
In a press release issued on Saturday he said that the provincial government had initiated working on making science and technology policy which was a very good development towards scientific progress and advancement of the province but it was a fact that there was a long way to go ahead, therefore, concerned stakeholders should be engaged in this regard.
Prof Qureshi further stated that an advocacy forum should be established at the Directorate of Science and Technology (DoST), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in order to accommodate the suggestions of different stakeholders in the planning and development of different scientific and technological projects of public interest.
