Ayub Zakori called on Turkish Ambassador

PESHAWAR: Renowned industrialist and CEO Zakori Group Ayub Zakori paid a visit to the Turkish Ambassador to Pakistan Mehmet Pacaci here the other day and discussed various topics of mutual interest.

The prime objective of the meeting was to highlight the mutual avenues of trade between the two countries with a main focus on joint ventures and Turkish investment in Pakistan. IT, manufacturing and cybersecurity were the primary industries brought under discussion.

Talking to the Turkish Ambassador, Ayub Zakori said that Turkey and Pakistan had enjoyed a strong relationship over the years, but it did not convert to mutual trade agreements between them that’s why we were trying to change the relationship by having a dialogue to benefit Pakistan as well as Turkey.

He further stated that he wanted to bring a positive and exponential change in the economic conditions of Pakistan through his efforts by making strong economic relations with Turkey.

The Turkish Ambassador warmly welcomed the Zakori Group’s CEO and lauded his efforts for bringing a positive change in the economic development of Pakistan, and said that he would try his best to play an active role in this regard.

At the end of the meeting, a souvenir was also presented to the ambassador with an aim toward future meetings and collaborations to facilitate the trade ties between the two countries.
