Symposium on BPH at IKD on 30th March

PESHAWAR: The Institute of Kidney Diseases (IKD), Hayatabad has planned to arrange a symposium on benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) on March 30, 2022 to promote community urology among the concerned quarters.

A press release issued from the IKD here on Wednesday, says that medical students, resident doctors, general practitioners and other relevant persons are invited to participate in this awareness program on prostate – a common illness of the ageing men.

The event will be inaugurated by Prof Dr Mazhar Khan, Director, IKD, whereas Dr Liaqat Ali, Associate Prof Urology, will serve as chief organizer on the occasion. Apart from this, Dr Mohsin, Dr Ihsanullah, Dr Khalid Farooq and Associate Prof Dr M Shahzad will deliver lectures and presentations on different topics related to prostate.
