M.Phil scholar Uzma defends thesis

PESHAWAR: Uzma Fazal, a research scholar of the Pashto Academy, University of Peshawar (UoP) has successfully defended her thesis and declared eligible for the award of M.Phil degree in the subject of Pashto.
In this regard, a function was arranged at the Pashto Academy, UoP here on Friday. The function was followed by a question-answer session wherein she defended her research work by answering the questions of the participants in a well-managed and proper way.
The scholar completed her study under the supervision of Dr Sher Zaman Seemab, Lecturer, Pashto Academy, UoP while Dr Syed Zafar Ullah Bakhshali, Assistant Professor, Department of Pashto, Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan, served as her external examiner.
Apart from faculty members, research scholars and students of the university, the thesis defense function of the scholar was also attended by a number of people belonging to different walks of life.
