QAU suspends activities in admin block due to Corona outspread

ISLAMABAD: In the wake of increasing number of reported Covid-19 positive cases in the Administration Block of the Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad it has been decided to suspend all activities and services in the Administration Block from 23rd to 30th November for the purpose of avoiding further spread of Coronavirus.
According to a notification issued here on Saturday, the Administration Block will remain locked through the above mentioned period without any exception. All officials working in Administration Block are encouraged to observe SOPs during this period in letter and spirit and while providing work support from home as and when required.
It added that normal activities/services in the Administration Block shall resume from 1st December, however, any decision with regard to further suspension of services or otherwise will be communicated beforehand.
