Ph.D scholar Jehanzeb defends thesis

PESHAWAR: A research scholar, Jehanzeb Khan of the Institute of Education and Research (IER), University of Peshawar (UoP), has successfully defended his thesis and declared eligible for the award of Ph.D degree in the subject of Education.

In this regard, a function was arranged here on Thursday, in which he defended his research work successfully by answering the questions of the participants in a scholarly way. Faculty members, research scholars, students and people from different walks of life participated in the event.

The topic of his thesis is: “Predictive Validity of Medical Colleges’ Entry Test of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan” which he completed under the supervision of Prof Dr Arshad Ali, while the examination committee was comprised of Prof Dr Muhammad Nasir-ud-Din, Department of Education and Psychology, Kohat University of Science and Technology, Dr Afzal Shah, Chairman, Department of Education, University of Haripur, and Prof Dr Muhammad Rauf, Director, IER, UoP.
